Can you ride a Honda VFR400R (NC30) with an A2 licence?

The NC30 was built and/or sold as new by Honda dealers in Japan from early 1989 to sometime in 1994 (possibly later). "NC30" is not the official name for the bike Honda designated the "VFR400R", but this is how they are commonly known. (The NC30, after all, is a 400cc version of the RC30, which is officially the "VFR750R".)

Powering the NC30 was a carbureted, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 16-valve, V4 with gear-driven cams that gave the NC30 a unique roar. With a relatively flat torque curve and a redline of 14,500rpm, the NC30's V4 was good for around 30 ft-lbs of torque and just shy of 60 hp. Top-speed was a respectable 130 mph, and with a wet weight of only 400lbs.

This is the Honda NC30 - or VFR400 as it would also like to be known - a big bang 399cc V4-engined racer that was primarily sold only in Asia, even if a few importers managed to get a few over into Europe. In short, it's the small but mighty little sportsbike that could.
